SHIPPING RATES

Yummy Sweetcakes’ are perishable and shipped with dry ice. Shipping rates are carrier based rates shipping from 1-3 day and are figured into the product price.

DELIVERY DATES

Orders placed Monday - Wednesday by 8am CT will ship to arrive the same week. Orders placed Thursday 8:01am - Sunday midnight will ship the following week.

Please do not ship to an address or business that requires a signature; or to a business that closes during certain hours or days during the week. Please be aware that National Holidays will change transit times.

Alternatively, you can choose a date sometime in the future using our order calendar. We recommend that you check if your recipient will be available to take receipt of the cake on the delivery date (i.e.-not on vacation or out-of-town). This is especially important during the holidays. Also, be sure you have the correct address. We do not take responsibility for cakes that are delivered to incorrect addresses or for cakes delivered to recipients out of town. Although everyone loves a surprise, it might be best to tell your recipient to expect the package to ensure it's safe delivery and handling.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Yummy Sweetcakes makes every effort to deliver your holiday orders timely and accurately. Moreover, please be aware that during peak gift-giving periods shipping delays may occur. Please plan to order at least 2 weeks prior to holiday to ensure in-time delivery, if received early, you may simply keep wrapped cheesecake stored in the freezer and bring to refrigerator a day prior to serving.

TRACKING

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation. When the cake is shipped, you will receive order tracking information. You can use this information to track when your package is shipped and to inquire when it arrived.

Residential deliveries may arrive as late as 8pm. There is no signature release required on our deliveries.

HANDLING

Please unpack and refrigerate or freeze your cake upon arrival. Please see our handling instructions for further information.
